I met with Megan to discuss my hair, what I want and needed and she immediately gave suggestions and explained what she could do as well as what would work and what would Not work. I appreciated that so much. It may seem simple to some but I really wanted a change and she has all the knowledge. I don't! I have seen Megan twice now and am so happy with the results. Instead of calling me and asking if I was OK, as any caring business owner would, I was blacklisted from booking appointments online. Marisa only cares about your wallet and it's evident in the fact that in the 6 years I was a client, she went through 3 different product lines in the guise of "providing the best for her clients" i.e., what will make her the most profit. She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.

I go back North a fair amount for family and friends and Sammi was able to work her magic again before my niece's wedding. If you want some one who will actually listen to you, discuss your options and give you input then you HAVE to go to Sammi!! She fixed what FL hairstylists ruined and brought depth back to my hair with color. She is an artist - not just picking a straight color but more like using a palette. My hair looked even better than when I left for FL. Now I have to plan my trips North to include some hair care time with Sammi. Also noticed someone yrs ago complained about the prices being lower and getting what you paid for. I basically got a steal because what it costs down here compared to this salon and the difference in how my hair turned out I got way more than I paid for!
