The stylists/tailors are not actual tailors and have no training in bespoke tailoring. Any actual modifications to your garments are made in Bangladesh which makes the whole process extremely time intensive. I ordered a set of suits and after over 20 appointments the only item of clothing I received was a pair of trousers which ripped a day later. You could not make this stuff up. The entire experience is a nightmare and frankly hard to stomach. The customer service is the worst I have ever come across in my entire life. The blank refusal by the company to reimburse the money I have paid, after being unable to complete even a single order, is frankly scandalous. Having perused other yelp reviews, trustnet reviews and google reviews; it is abundantly clear that this is systemic. A Suit That Fits refuses to reimburse or refund it's customers at any point. An extraordinary amount of reviews all describe a similar experience to mine. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE BEING MISLED AND DENIED REFUNDS BY THIS COMPANY. I ordered two separate set of multiple suits worth well over £3000 and they are refusing to repay me claiming that the company behind the brand is in liquidation, yet offering to complete my order. A task they have failed to accomplish in the last few years. The staff are rude and unhelpful and purposefully misdirect and lie in regards to support queries. This is the worst business I have ever interacted with in my entire life. DO NOT ORDER A SUIT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Not offered even a water. I choose 3 dresses and asked her to recommend others, she didnt bother. No shoes to try on with either, lazy cow. Left me fuming in changing room, which had broken mirror as she went and chatted to collegue. Boyfriend called up to complain and she didnt seem to care at all. I will be writing a letter about the atrocious service I receieved. Awful dresses being sold in the sale as well, terrible condition.

I had ordered my dress from the Bridal shop upstairs and given the discounted suit hire you get for…read morethe suit shop I told my hubby-to-be to check out Tux N Tails for ideas. Well, he comes back after his appointment and tells me he's ordered suits for him and and the best man already. I was a little disappointed/worried to have not been involved but trusted they'd be ok. A little while later we took our dads to the shop to see about hiring them suits. I could not believe how rude the staff were. Firstly we'd said on the phone that we didn't want the dads to have the same tailcoat jacket as the groom and bestman, but the lady immediately gave them tailcoats. When we asked for the suit jackets she got huffy with us and demanded why we hadn't said sooner. We didn't think the waistcoats looked write with the jackets but she kept insisting we have them too. After we left, both fathers agreed that had we not already ordered the other suits through them then they would have walked out. what could we do though other than go elsewhere and lose our deposit? I hoped she was just having a bad day and put the rest of the order in. A few days before the wedding we collected the suits. Getting them home we were happy to see that my hubby's suit was a good fit as was his best man's. It was only when we checked on the fathers' suits that we realised they'd given us tailcoats. We called them and drove straight over. Fortunately they had the other jackets in store and made the adjustments to the arms then and there. I wish I could tell you we got an apology but instead we were told the paper work said tails. My family live out of town so my dad had to try on his suit the day before the wedding. And so we come to the last problem. The trouser legs was about an inch and a half too short. Fortunately we had a sewing kit so there we were letting down the hems and restitching it less that 24 hours before he gave me away. In fairness, the suits did look nice on the day, but would I go to them in future? Not if you paid me.
