I checked my bracelet and it had a similar first name to mine as well as a birthdate of November 1955. My birthdate is March 1974. The woman just heard my first name and said that I was there. She didn't bother to see that there were two women with similar names. Nor did she check my license or insurance ID to verify it was me. My husband asked to go home to grab something at check-in, and was told no. I finally got called back at 10:30. I was asked to go to the bathroom, and not flush. My BM was still brown. I was asked which solution I was prescribed, but I honestly did not know. Wouldn't they know if they prescribed it for me? I was also asked when I stopped taking pills, and I responded when the person I talked to through your company told me to stop. I was then told to go to the store, pick up (forgot name), and return at 1230. I went to the store as soon as I left the practice, picked up the product. Took an anti-nausea (that was prescribed) pill, and continued to drink the stuff. I believe I finished at noon. Got back to the office at 1230, where there was no receptionist. Someone finally got to me after waiting a few minutes. I told them I finished my drink at noon. They were shocked it took me so long to complete it. I had gastric surgery, so eating and drinking take me a long time. The anesthesiologist said I had to wait to be the last patient of the day because of the time I finished my drink. Completely understood for my safety. It is about 130 now. My husband had a DR appointment at 2 and asked to go there. They would end up saying yes, because he scheduled his appointment after he thought I would be home. I finally got pulled into the procedure room. I had to wait a long time for the doctor to come in. They finally started to put in the anesthesia. The Doctor then started the procedure, but didn't see that I was still awake. They had to place my IV in my other arm. Then I drifted off to sleep. While I was waiting in the pre-op room, I heard the nurses tell other patients about post-recovery. Not once did they tell me. At post-recovery, I had to ask about post-recovery. Honestly, there were to many issues with this office. I will NOT be returning.

From check-in with Ms. Maddie to check-out, the entire staff was courteous, efficient, and attentive to my needs. The facility was clean and well-organized. I especially appreciated how the nurses and assistants helped put me at ease, which was important given how stressful GI procedures can be. Dr. Stephen Beasley took the time to listen to my concerns, reassured me that all would be well, explained the process clearly, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. His calm and compassionate manner was very comforting. Special thanks to: Vito, the anesthesia nurse Candice, my pre-op nurse Ms. D, the PACU nurse (I may not recall her full name, but I won't forget her patience) Jayla, the endoscope technician The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of GI care. They're thorough, respectful, and truly put the patient first.

It's a game of back and forth for days dealing with an offsite call center. Strangely, when I was at the clinic I mentioned this to the front desk staff and she said they were aware and that they now send all calls to a call center. Then as I wait for my doctor for 45 minutes, I had plenty of time to observe and noticed the two women at the desk sitting there doing very little. WHY aren't they helping with some part of the patient experience?! Anything! Two appts with doctor Garud where I waited over 45 minutes and 1:15 mins after appt time to see him. I finally address that my time is as valuable as his and he laughs it off and says "oh you're the guy with is in a hurry!" Then we arrive for my colonoscopy and we wait TWO HOURS after my appt time before I am wheeled back. I tell the person taking me back that making patients wait two hours is uncool and he says "yeah, Dr Garud really overbooked himself today!" Apparently Dr Garud thinks his time is more valuable than everyone else's. Last note: they require your driver to not leave the building during the procedure but their waiting room is far too small. And cold and sterile. Terrible experience for your driver! We are searching for a smaller gastro clinic that can provide some level of patience consideration.

Care, Knowledge, Compassion and Integrity!…read more I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional level of care I have received from Dr. Morales and his medical assistant, Daniela Lopez. From the very beginning of my treatment, Dr. Morales has demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, urgency, compassion, and medical diligence. His proactive approach in identifying and testing for several potentially serious conditions gave me not only confidence as a patient, but also reassurance during a very stressful period. It is evident that he genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients and takes his responsibilities with great seriousness and integrity. Equally deserving of recognition is Daniela Lopez, whose commitment and consistency throughout this process have been truly remarkable. During Dr. Morales' absence, Daniela maintained continuous communication regarding my treatment progress, follow-up instructions, updates, and coordination of care. She ensured that I remained informed while also keeping Dr. Morales updated on my condition and response to treatment. In today's healthcare environment, that level of attentiveness, accountability, and patient-centered care is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare. As a patient, this is precisely the type of execution, communication, and dedication that builds trust and confidence in a medical practice. Dr. Morales and Daniela Lopez represent the standard of care that every healthcare organization should strive to achieve. At the same time, I would also like to respectfully share a concern regarding my repeated experiences with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, interactions at the reception level have often felt dismissive, disorganized, and lacking the professionalism reflected by the clinical team. Routine administrative matters that should be straightforward have repeatedly become unnecessarily frustrating and difficult to resolve. It is important for me to be honest in saying that the primary reason I continue with this practice is because of the extraordinary care and professionalism consistently demonstrated by Dr. Morales and Daniela Lopez. Their dedication, communication, and commitment to patient care stand in stark contrast to the experience often encountered at the front desk. I share this feedback not to criticize unfairly, but because I genuinely believe that professionals such as Dr. Morales and Daniela Lopez deserve a support structure and patient experience that reflects the same level of excellence they personally provide every day. Thank you for your time and for taking this feedback into consideration. Sincerely, Michael McGrath

I promptly called the office back no more than 1 hour later after I got off work and advised I received a voicemail about an hour ago and was told to call the office back in regards to my refund. I was told that the women worked in the billing department and had already left for the day and to call back on Wed. O received a follow up call mins later saying the woman who called me was calling to confirm my mailing address to send my refund so I gave it to the person including my apt# and she read it back including my apt# and I said yes, that's it. So I called back 2 days later on Wed. started to get the run around and was told the office was technically closed because the doctor was out of the country for 2 weeks and to call back so I waited patiently for 2 weeks and called back... long story short, I requested this office to place a stop payment on the check they said to have mailed out and let me come physically pick it up. I said I live like 15mins away from this office and I should've had my refund w/in a couple of days or so. I was told to give it another week and if I did not receive it, then they would make out another check and I could come pick it up. I waited 4 more day and the next week was frustrated I still did not have my refund and the woman then and only then told me that the woman in charge of the checks was still out of the country for 2 more weeks etc. etc. I was so irritated at this time I told her this is ridiculous and I don't see what the problem was to just put a stop payment on it and print another one. That woman called me back mins later and said they had return mail and my refund check was sent back and I could come pick it up. Inconveniently I drove there after work and when I looked on the outside of the envelope surprisingly enough they did NOT have my apt# on the mailing address which is the reason why I never received it and why it was sent back even though they confirmed my address with me prior to mailing it out. All of this could have been avoided and is so unprofessional on their part. Shouldn't have taken nearly 3 weeks for me to get my refund from this office due to their mistake leaving off my apt# after it was confirmed more than once by more than 1 person. Never visiting this office again. Had I read the bad reviews prior to my visit I would not have come here in the 1st place.
