I visited this venue for the 2016 WishBowl for Make A Wish. Really a great event and this location…read moreprovided a comfortable setting for the event. As for the event, how about a large silent auction, very nice live auction items including trips and beach packages, Whirlpool appliances and so much more. The top prize was the Honda Accord raffle. While your watching your bids you sit back and watch the Super Bowl, but not any Super Bowl. A Peyton Manning winning Super Bowl. The Venue is a great size for large gatherings and has the ability to expand. The pictures on this sight show the potential types of events and located at the base of Lookout Mountain, so easy access up the mountain for just minutes from downtown.

Your mother brought you up to be better than that. She taught you how to be alert. She was right. She was talking about rare finds like Stratton Hall. I attended a corporate meeting last week at "The Strat". The group totaled about 70 or so. We needed a stage, tables and space for eating, mingling and group photos. The Stratton Hall Venue has all of that. It's not much to look at outside, but stay focused until you get on inside. There is a single large space with a nice looking laminate floor and blacked out ceiling. The lighting is ample and not glaring at you from above like some predator in flight. The other two rooms are complimentary to the larger but with their own ambiance. The second is a third of the size of the larger space with elegant drapery and stylish in appointments. Right next to it is a room almost equal in size that is referred to as the Chapel. It's more versatile than that. It is a totally white space with chandeliers and accompaniments that make it appear to be more of a dreamscape. The comfort rooms are decorated nicely and there is a lounge that is elegant. Of particular note are the concierge services supplied by the customer service representative. She is attentive and ready to respond to pressing issues. So you should consider Stratton Hall for your event. You'll be glad that you did.

My parents paid $2000 for our wedding photo package. Callie and Ed took our photos for our…read morerehearsal and wedding day. Following our wedding, it took almost 2 months to get our photos on CD. We did get 422 pictures, many of which were very nice(thus the 2-star rating), but several of them were not very good - lots of red eyes, people looking off in different directions, random non-staged photos, etc. Ok, so part of the package includes a 30-page wedding photo book, which my husband and I were told to select photos for. Well, after another 2 months, the book was finally delivered. The photos were NOT put into the book - they were included separately. And to top it all off, they clearly took a random assortment of photos and blew them up, completely ignoring the photos I had requested for the book. Now, I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a response from them , as I want the book re-done with the photos I actually requested. They have ignored my calls and emails. For $2000, I expected a MUCH better experience and MUCH better photos. Please do not use Lovebridge if you do not want to be disappointed. BY THE WAY, BE ADVISED THAT LOVEBRIDGE IS NOW ALSO DOING BUSINESS AS CHATTANOOGA COUTURE EVENTS. IT IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE SAME PEOPLE. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

After a month of different excuses about when I would get my photos, I got a drop box with 30 pictures. I could have taken better pictures with a cell phone. What a rip off!

We came in via Ooltewah and I was following my gps, which took us straight to the site. However, the entrance to the parking area isn't clearly marked and being that it's on a hill makes it difficult to located in time to pull in. We bypassed it and had to turn around. Very annoying. After we got turned around and pulled into the parking lot, which was gravel, we parked and exited the car. My wife had a hard time walking to the barn due to the gravels. The grade of the parking lot and the walk to the barn and wedding site were steep and were certainly not conducive for those needing assistance. Several older folks had a hard time getting up and down the large hill. Even the younger crowd had a difficult time due to the steepness of the hill. As we all gathered down by the large tree we noticed a rope holding the tree together where it had split down the middle. This wasn't really a problem but it was interesting. It was also hard to sit because the chairs weren't level. This place was beautiful but everything was on a hill of some sort. Be very certain that this place is the right place for you and your guests before you book and pay.
