I've have nothing good to say about my experience there,they lied said they would fix it .I took the vehicle back 8 times figured out what they were doing was turning off the check engine light. They took our money and more less turned there back on me and my wife. read more

DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT! Bought a fusion w 80,000 on it, after previously spending 10,000 in repairs on a truck I decided to sell it and get a reliable car w low mileage bringing me to D&T. I go in to test drive and John the Con tells me to try and hurry because they close soon which should've been my first red flag. Then we go through the Carfax everything looked great no accidents, he mentioned it was his friend's car. I stated again, man I need something reliable no hidden issues this and that because my last vehicle drained me in which he assured me again that this car has never had any problems. So, I bought the vehicle and asked about warranties in which the con says, " We don't necessarily offer any warranties through us but if anything major arises give me a call and we will get you taken care of. Come to find out after buying it that the previous owner which was his so-called friend- in which he couldn't even remember the guy's name, "put a transmission in it and a new wiring harness" in which are not on the car fax at all, and he knew this and never mentioned at all. After driving for a week transmission starts slipping, car keeps going in and out etc... I call to inform john the con about issues in which he told me they can't do anything and then mentioned the prior issues after the fact. Which is funny because i work with a guy that had said he bought a truck from them, needed an engine a day or two later, and they payed for it, but also mentioned it was his cousin, so makes sense. Please run from this place, the guy is the sleaziest car salesman who will hide facts from you and leave you stranded no matter what your story is or who it affects, the repairs cost more than the car is even worth. I just traded my Ford Flex for a Dodge Durango Citadel. I bought the Flex from you guys 9 years ago and even tho I put the miles on it, it still drives as good as a new vehicle. I absolutely loved it and I absolutely love the Dodge Citadel too. It also drives like a new vehicle. John made the process so easy. I'm sure I will get the same value with the Dodge as I did with the Ford. Great people, great service, and reliable vehicles. I bought a truck for my daughter on Valentine's Day this year. Within the week, the truck was making weird noises and the brakes stopped working. I took it to a mechanic to find out there was over $5000 needed in repairs, including the transmission. I called up D&T and wanted to work out something like an exchange for a different vehicle, but John Doom absolutely refused to let me return the vehicle. DO NOT BUY HERE. He fixes up the vehicle just enough to sell it, attaches an AS IS warranty, and hides behind that to sell lemons to good people! The man is a complete fraud and my experience isn't the only time its happened! read more

Bought a vehicle there. Turns out it wasn't a very good deal. A month later replaced brakes and rotars. 4 months later replace the compressor for the ac unit. Called them about the brakes and rotars before I got it fixed and the guy that sold it to me said well I guess you will need to get them replaced... I sure would. Thought maybe they could help with their mechanic. Guess not. Next vehicle will not come from there. read more

I bought a truck from D&T, thinking I got a great deal. Exterior was clean, interior was somewhat clean. However, soon after I got home it started to make a noise. We paid almost $10K for truck. And have put thousands of money back in to the truck. Now we are being told the engine needs to be replaced. We were told by a mechanic in town that looked at the truck recently, that D&T was also told by this same mechanic the truck needed a new engine. However, D&T did not replace the engine and sold it to us under false pretenses. When I took the truck to get a second opinion, I was told the exact same thing....only more bad news. I was also told the truck pulled up 8 different codes. No dash lights have ever been light up on the truck. So I was baffled. Come to find out, the mechanic told me that the check engine lights have all been disabled!!!! Yes, disabled. Mechanic informed me that only a mechanic would know how to do this or someone owning a car lot and not wanting to be truthful. Now, I'm looking at almost $15K MORE that I would need to shell out to just repair the truck after I paid almost $10K for it. That doesn't even include labor. And on top of all that, the mechanic showed me that there is massive body rot under the truck and had been covered up with rubber. So far, I have replaced the alternator, muffler on rear drivers side, breaks on both rear, had to remove the parking break due to malfunction, and the list goes on. How can someone at face tell me they would put their own daughter in this truck and then knowingly sell me something with all the problems. Now, I can't get anyone to return my call from D&T. My next step is to also submit this to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.. I have already contacted the newspaper and will make sure to let everyone on social media, Facebook and every person I come in to contact with know the kind of shady business D&T is running. read more
