The week I was supposed to move brought bad weather. I had a long gravel driveway and expressed to Eric that his truck may not make it through on moving day and that we should reschedule. He assured me that it would. On moving day they spent in total almost 2 hours trying to get the truck in and out of the driveway. They were not able to take my mower or other lawn equipment on the truck and offered a flatbed at an additional cost. I had no faith that the flatbed would be able to get in/out of the driveway with the snow so I decided to call on a later date for the equipment. His crew cracked my headboard and left cigarette butts at both houses. When I contacted him about moving the lawn equipment in April he did not respond.

We received a confirmation text regarding time on the scheduled day and they met that time, actually arriving a few minutes early. We appreciate the respect shown and the extreme care shown so as not to scratch walls or damage doorways. For the recliner it was narrow doorway and hall getting it out of a back room. There was a very bold color there before that we hated and I was afraid to paint it on tall ladders due to it being on stairs 2: we had water damage come into a downstairs neighbor due to a leaking washing machine. I waited too long to have it fixed and it got moldy. Tom tore it out, dried it out, mitigated any mold, and rebuilt it good as new 3: when we had a roof tear off, we removed an old skylight in order to hopefully get more life out of the roof down the road. Tom made it look like it was never there Tom has fair prices and works really hard. As somebody who appreciates nice painting and drywall work, but isn't any good at it, I can highly recommend Tom. He has exceptional attention to detail and strives to make the customer happy.
