wanted to cancel due to them keep upping my bill. so i got another company alot cheaper..So this…read moremorning i call to cancel she says cant cancel till the 30th of the month.Why i ask she says because has to be at end of billing cycle. Then she says i have to pay $52.00 for them to pick up my garbage can. That is crazy I told her i live on the same street as the garbage co. i will take over there. she said if they take it then they wont charge you. Then she says she could give me the same price as other company is charging i told her no already switched. She said all companies have a price adjustment once a year if u ask for it. so anyway not a happy camper this morning. When Moring had it so much better.

They do NOT help with things like packing, taking curtains down and brought only a screw driver as far as tools. Not worth the $150 an hour they charge their customers!!
