A few days after the tow I contacted the company to ask for a receipt. He took my info. but didn't provide the receipt. I guess because I hadn't given him the review. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Raul. Although, he was extremely busy attending to his prebooked customers that day, he still managed to make time to fit me inside his hectic schedule, and better yet, fixed my car in less than half an hour when I got there! Moreover, I really appreciate that Raul was direct about what exactly my problem was and devising a solution. He also happens to offer very reasonable prices. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience, and I would be glad to come back here again if something were to come up in the future! Final verdict - 5/5!

I called other companies before calling buddy's and they all sounded dull and grumpy. Not your typical hate their life hate their job towing company, everyone seemed happy and ready to help. When you need a tow truck you are clearly having a bad day so customer service and the initial call are important to make the customer calm down and maybe even laugh. They told me 45 minutes and they were there in 20! Knowledgeable truck driver Phil went above and beyond for us and made sure we didn't get screwed over by the dealer ship. He was on our side from the beginning and might as well been our lawyer. He told us what he was doing every step of the way hooking up my new car to the truck and told us why he does certain things to be more secure but more gentle on my kind of car, he let us know that previous tow trucks had ripped and hooked the wrong spots and told us what to look out for if we ever had anyone else tow my car in the future. Super personable team and super great experience. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH do not go with any other towing companies in Daytona this is the best one along with extremely fair pricing. Thankyou buddy's towing and thankyou Phil, as a customer we all like when the employees are happy, nice and ready to help.

In the service department It's typical for them to take over 3 days to start work on your car for whatever reason. The communication was awful with the female advisor when I took my car in for service on the engine. They had my car for 5 days and she never once called me, even after she told me she would. I tried to complain but the service manager was never available. My score is based on two out of three. I really wanted to give a 3.5. The quick service for maintenance is awesome. They seem to struggle with having the necessary parts available, and scheduling has been a nightmare. I scheduled an appointment and, when I arrived, I was told they didn't have the parts and would need to order them. They rescheduled me for the following week. When I returned for the second appointment, I was then told the repair would take 2-3 days. I explained that I couldn't be without a vehicle for that long, especially since the issue was supposed to be handled under warranty. I understand that parts can sometimes be delayed, but better communication and planning would make a big difference. The sales experience was great, but the service department definitely needs improvement when it comes to warranty repairs and scheduling.
