Things were smooth and Ron felt like he was 2 steps ahead, always providing us with approximate but accurate deadlines. His employees were hard working and respectful, which made me think he was a good employer. There were smokers amongst the crew but I never found 1 stray cigarette butt. Regrading financing he referred us to a financier who was the most helpful financing experience I had ever had. Craftsmanship was top notch. Literally better than I expected. I'm so glad I employed Ron Bragg Carpentry for this job. I highly recommend and will work with him again in the future.

Be VERY Careful hiring this company. They may know how to paint but they don't know construction…read more I hired for some water damage to clapboards and sheathing. They constructed a "facade of work", simply sliding in support beams that weren't supporting or even nailed in. They tried to tell me the water damage went all the way to the roof, which it was not.(I had a professional roofer come in to confirm.) They covered their work with Ty-vek. When I called to have follow-up work, I was ghosted. Not only had I paid Innovation, I had to hire/pay someone else who had to undo their work and re-do correctly.

I signed three contracts with him and put half the amount down, a little over $18k. I know now never to put money down on a contract until it's finished but I am new to this and did not know. I had a very scary medical event (I'm a single woman) that caused me to go into the hospital for 14 days. Someone drugged my well without my knowledge, and hacked into my network and got into many of my accounts almost wiping me out. I almost lost my life. All my animals suffered along with me as well. My dog went blind right after and has had kidney issues since. He walked away from the job after and has not been back since. He took advantage of my situation and slandered me to other people tarnishing my name. So now I still have a front door I cannot close and lock and a house still in desperate repair with three projects started and just sitting there and I cannot afford to hire anyone else to finish what he started. It's been more than a year since he walked away. He said he was coming back at one point but then ghosted me after. I guess I'm out a whole lot of money now, and stuck with a house still in need.
