In September 20 25 the mower died while it was running and I brought it in for Service expressing a concern that it could be the charging system. I was also told I needed a new starter, which had not been ordered or installed at the time. The owner, Andy, stated that he would pick up the mower to get the work finished. After three or four weeks, I called and got his son (don't know his name ) on the phone asking about the pick up. The sun immediately started screaming at me over the phone, telling me that he was "running a million dollar business" implying how important he was and that they had tried to pick up the mower, but couldn't because they had tried to call me twice, but couldn't get through. There is no record of any call from them. I have repeatedly left messages for Andy to call me and he has not. The mower is currently at another dealer who reports that some of the work recently done was done incorrectly, and that the battery was still not charging. After having the sun scream at me on the phone, the owner never returned calls, and the mower having to go in for service a second time to somebody else I strongly recommend not buying anything, not having anything serviced here, or having anything to do with this company.
