I have been a customer of this food truck twice, and I rate each experience as 4 stars. In 2024, I saw this food truck parked outside a public library. I ordered their s'mores donuts, and my husband ordered the strawberry-cheesecake donuts. The total price was $18 plus a tip. The employee spoke nicely with us, and she freshly made our donuts. My husband and I thought that the donuts were soggy but tasted good. In 2025, this food truck was at the BaconBurgh festival. I bought the sweet piggy sinkers. I think that they cost $10. These donuts were topped with maple syrup and bacon, and they tasted good.

It was a little pricey, $31. The lobster mac and cheese was as much as the sandwich for a container the size of a to-go soup bowl which seemed like a little much. There weren't that many lobster pieces for the price, like 3 or 4 decent-sized chunks, and the mac and cheese itself was pretty bland. The fish sandwich was the best part but I still wasn't wow-ed; I was also charged $1 for one slice of american cheese. I'm fine with paying extra for things, that just seemed excessive. The hush puppies and fries were clearly just frozen, and the fries were cold. For the price, I wouldn't come back here during lent but may visit the food truck at a different time to see the bigger menu.

For dinner on this day I decided to go with the steak burrito with hot salsa and my wife went with a steak quesadilla with mild salsa and then ordered a churro as well. We waited maybe ten minutes for our food to be ready and headed home to eat it. My burrito here was decent, there was a good amount of filling in it and I especially enjoyed the hot salsa which truly was spicy and really reminded me of Qdoba's hottest sauce. The steak inside of it was mediocre and some of the pieces were super tough. Finally the rice and beans were satisfactory. My wife thought that her quesadilla and churros were good and was happy with her choices. The bottom line for me is that I would probably stop by here again in the future. My wife enjoyed her food here and while I merely thought it was ok, they have some other things that I would give a chance to.

The lobster rolls are packed with flavor and something you want to gobble down because they are so good (but also really want to savor). The buns are fresh and don't seem to get soggy. I really like the lobster bisque because it actually does have pieces of lobster in it, but they definitely seem to have cut down on the amount. Even with long lines, they tend to move efficiently and you get your food fairly quickly. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because it seems like the portions have shrunk a bit despite prices going up.
