He said that the soffits were cut too narrow and not secured properly. Emmett Jordan said that there was no warranty (and even if there was, it wouldn't transfer), despite claiming that he stands by his work. He offered to come take a look three weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. While I wasn't the homeowner at the time of the repair, it's still the same house. The quality of the work speaks for itself.
