HHI Roofing was hired to put a roof on a new house I am building. 75% of the roof was fine but the…read moreone side of the roof was installed uneven/improperly and needed replaced. This was verified by the inspector. Instead of replacing the roof, HHI refused to do anything about it blaming it on faulty shingles. A worker from HHI even came back out to the house and agreed that the shingles on the one side needed replaced. The owner, however, refused to fix the problem. I would strongly suggest not using HHI for any roofing needs.

I called around and settled in on HHI Roofing after my neighbors told me how pleased they were with the new roof HHI Roofing put on their house and how they were happy with the cost/value of the job. Paul came to my house, showed me the samples of roofs shingles and gave me a quote that day. I called him back the next day and he said three weeks till he could schedule the day. He called to give me the date for the job. He was true to his word and the job was done in one day. The crew finished the job by rolling the ground with a magnetic roller to pick up all the random screws. Great job. I'm very happy with the work HHI Roofing did and how much it enhanced the look of my house.

I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off. Extremely happy with his work!

Our back deck had been a disaster since we moved into our house. It was a previous homeowner DIY…read moreproject that was used with incorrect materials, and because of this it was causing the deck to sag in multiple locations. It also did not have any steps for access to the backyard. We spent a year and a half contacting contractor after contractor, no one wanted to help us get our deck up to par. Not one person that came out to look at the deck would give us an estimate on what it would take to fix the deck. Some told us they would only give us pricing for a new deck, others just ghosted us all together. Enter Mark Skerlec. Mark listened to our needs and then gave us a variety of options that could rectify the issues with the deck. After making our final decisions Mark quickly scheduled a date to begin his work. He was clean, he was quick, and he did incredible work. Our deck no longer sags. It no longer bounces when you walk on it. I also finally have direct access to the backyard. The most amazing part is Mark was able to take the time to match up the parts he used with the current design of the deck. Looking at it you would never know that it was once a monstrous atrocity. It is one complete, beautiful unit. It looks great. And I couldn't be any happier. Next time I need work done, interior or exterior, there won't even be multiple calls. Mark Skerlec is the only contractor I will use.
