Ultimately what he was saying made sense, and the service estimate was a fair price, so I opted to get the gutter guards with the cleaning and I am extremely happy with how it all turned out. Dave and Ki did the install and even helped with fixing some issues with support on gutters that I had not even been aware of, and didn't even charge me extra for this. They did quality and quick work, and left me informed as to what was going on with things each step of the way. One of the things that is most important to me is honesty and transparency, and I strongly felt that is what I got from the team here. I will certainly be returning to them for any of my future gutter needs.

Chief pointed out several deficiencies and made several relatively minor repairs that fixed the problems. I needed a new roof on my own residence and quotes from a couple of highly rated companies. Chief Roofing gave me a good price. It's winter, and it took a while for the shingles to come in and for there to be time to do the job. This week they did the whole roof in two days. I'm very happy, with one exception--in one of my gutters I found a lot of debris that they overlooked when they were cleaning up. It's a great roof!

Rather than feeling like a customer whose concerns mattered, I felt dismissed and talked down to. A salesman representing a roofing company should be knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and willing to answer reasonable questions without becoming argumentative or condescending. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Christian. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Christian Salinas. I strongly recommend getting multiple estimates, asking detailed questions, and making sure everything is documented in writing before signing anything. Outstanding in All Respects! They check ALL the boxes: Professional, Competent, Responsive,…read moreThorough, Attentive, and Punctual! And, as a bonus, they are genuinely nice folks to work with. They correctly identified that my roof had been damaged by hail roughly 11 months ago, and the USAA adjuster readily agreed. Replacing the roof was accomplished in a manner I did not think possible in any line of business: they CONSISTENTLY did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and in a manner that exceeded what I expected. After seeing how they work, how they stay in touch, how they show up, and how they are committed to doing things well and fairly, I can 100% recommend them. In fact, I wish I could award more stars because they deserved them. I particularly want to thank Drane, Ryan, and Bertin for their exceptional commitment to excellence and teamwork. Well done!!!

They were extremely responsive, showed up quickly, and were easy to communicate with throughout the process. The crew was professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. In my experience that's not always something you get with contractors. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to help resolve the situation. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a reliable roofing and gutter company that you can trust to show up, communicate well, and do right by you, I'd absolutely recommend them. I'd work with them again without hesitation.

After the job, I pointed out dirty areas, and they claimed they skipped them to avoid stripping paint -- yet paint had already been stripped from every window on my house. One worker even told me I needed to repaint my whole house when I pointed to a dirty spot on the siding. I wiped it clean with a damp paper towel after they left -- it just hadn't been cleaned. They claimed they wouldn't wash if paint was coming off, yet continued anyway, causing damage to my windows, awning, and even roof shingles. When I contacted Merida to resolve things, she was rude, dismissive, and blamed everything on me, despite photo evidence. I had placed a stop payment on my check hoping we could work things out, but Merida cashed it anyway while still refusing responsibility. I ended up spending hundreds to repair the damage. Poor communication, bad workmanship, and zero accountability. I do not recommend this company.

He came out with his team. Assessed the roof and identified what needed to be done. He even took pictures to show me what he saw. He then walked me through what he was going to do and the services he offered. I asked him for a formal quote, and I received it a few hours later. I vetted 7 companies and chose him. The biggest reason the other 6 didn't want to come out to see what the job really was. After he completed the work, he took pictures of EVERYTHING he did and took the time to explain it to me. I absolutely would hire this guy again. I'm going to have him out in later November to clear all the gutters and then probably have him out when my house reaches the 10-year mark to do 10-year maintenance. I would give him six stars if I could.

The owner Sotero responded to my request for quote very promptly. I hired his company to clean my gutters. He promised to arrive at 9am on a Saturday and he arrived at 9 am sharp ! He did a fantastic job, he climbed on the roof and made sure not only the gutters were clean but the entire roof. He also blew all the leaves on my driveway on my walkway, left everything looking really nice !! He even cleaned the gutters and blew the roof on my backyard shed. He even noticed that there was a small hole on my roof shed and he repaired it without me even asking !!! Furthermore I can tell that he is very knowledgeable about roofs as he was able to give me a lot of advice about how to properly take care of my roof. Finally the price was very reasonable.
