The website had prices listed (according to your arrival and destination locations) which i really appreciated. We were greeted with a sign at the airport (woohoo! I have always wanted that ;)) by Berk. He was so helpful with retrieving luggage, immediately taking us to the van parked out front of the airport, loading the luggage so it would be safe for passengers in the car. Berk was also very patient with us as we had to install a car seat for our baby girl. It was late when our flight arrived and we had not eaten (not realizing that Panama City Beach airport is a smaller airport so restaurants close a bit earlier). Berk was so patient and kind in a natural way...he offered to stop somewhere so we could pick up some food to go. Talk about going Above and Beyond!!! He was very pleasant, kind, helpful, and personable and represents Beachside Express's fabulously!! I would recommend this airport shuttle to anyone coming to Panama City Beach area!

If you want a top of line experience for a reasonable price, this most reputable business is at…read moreyour service. Sheridan Lowrey, the owner, went above and beyond to make our transfer from Panama City Airport to Seaside and back luxurious and special. Nothing says "princess" like a teenager arriving for spring break in a stretch limo. My daughter loved it. We took the scenic route to and from the airport, and got a wonderful tour of the airport. Mr. Lowrey and all his employees are vetted by the most rigorous standards, including background checks and fingerprinting, so you can rest assured you're in good hands. It's worth the little extra to make your trip even more extraordinary, and there was no hassle with renting a car, trying to park, etc. etc. No cars are needed in Seaside. You can get everywhere on a bike or rent a golf cart--even the grocery store and best restaurants are easily accessible. I most highly recommend Destin Limo. Thank you!

Worst limo service ever! My sister booked them for her wedding. They arrived late to pick us up,…read moreand when they did arrive the back door was sticking and it took several tries to open it. The plastic on the side of the doors was torn up, not well maintained at all. Then the driver informed us that the back window was down and wouldn't roll back up so we would have to ride with it down. We had all paid to have hair done and rain was on the way. Then after telling him it was stifling hot he informed us that the AC was not good back there so he rolled down the window separating the back to the front and turned on a little fan. After complaining, he said that we were going to switch cars. We pulled into a parking lot, assuming that we were there to switch to a different car, but instead were there to meet a window repair man. He took the entire door off and fixed the window WHILE WE WERE IN THE CAR, SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVING TO THE WEDDING! Once it was fixed, we went on to the wedding location and the second car didn't show up until just minutes before we had to get out for the wedding. My sister reached out to Sheridan and he was very kind and apologetic, until she asked for a refund or at least a partial refund due to us not getting the services we paid for. After that he ignored all of her calls and messages and she hasn't been able to get in touch with him since! Our experience was not any better than if we had just gotten an Uber!
