One company we almost went was going to charge over $6,000! Thank goodness we found Brothers - Westside. Matthew Barber was friendly and helpful. I hired The Brothers That Just Do Gutters for what was presented as a premium gutter installation,…read morebut my experience was disappointing. After installation, I found damage and deformation in parts of the gutter system. I also had an issue with downspout placement that led to damage and a safety concern requiring outside professionals to address. Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

Based on reviews I called "The Brothers That Just Do Gutters". They clearly have earned their 5 star reviews. They were professional and timely with their communications. Checked in to ensure an appointment date was good. Let us know ahead they were coming. They reviewed the entire exterior of the house and could have sold me a ton of work. They could have tried to talk me into anything. Instead they said "You don't need us now. Your gutters are in good shape and you can get a handyman to repair the lower parts of the downspouts". Amazing. I TRIED to give them work and they weren't having it. They even gave me the name of a handyman service to rely on.
