We had purchased sod from lowes on Saturday to be picked up on Tuesday. When the contractor went to pick up the sod, Lowes had sold and canceled our order. We called Angels Garden and spoke to Evan. He was professional quick to act, and very customer-friendly. He secured 620 sqft of sod and had it delivered the same day. The sod is of great quality and looks fantastic. Not very professional, they sent unskilled workers with not the right tools, not in time, and left work undone twice. When faced with the facts, they made excuses and pushed back. Eventually they took care of their mistakes but when it came to get it right, they tried to over- charge for a routine make good fix. Poor communication after they got their job. Poor execution of the job. And Nobody to talk to, just voicemail and 2 days delay responses. Don't go for the low ball estimates with hidden surcharges!!
