But the part arrived super fast and a couple of days later my dishwasher was up and running. Here's what he DID NOT DO: 1. He DID NOT charge a fee to walk in your front door. 2. He DID NOT try any sort of "bait and switch" tactics -- did not say, "Oh, well your dishwasher is an older model, and you need a new dishwasher. 3. He DID NOT charge by the hour and then take forever to complete the repair. He completed it within a half an hour, started it up and did a cleaning rinse, and determined that it was good to go. 4. He DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg for the repair--I felt that the total for parts and labor was VERY fair. I told him I expected that I would be needing a new washer and dryer in the future; he asked to look at them, and told me they were in excellent condition and easy to repair and to hold on to them. I had just moved into my house and wasn't aware of the condition of some of the appliances. My dishwasher wasn't really washing at all, so they came out to take a look. They thoroughly checked everything and let me know that I needed a new pump. They also checked the age of the dishwasher and explained that it was already dated. In this situation, they could have simply given me the repair price and made more money by doing the repair, but instead, they gave me their honest opinion--the same advice they said they would give their own family. They told me it would make more sense to invest in a new dishwasher rather than repair an older appliance in the condition mine was in. That level of honesty and integrity is exactly what I look for in a company. They were genuinely looking out for me rather than just seeing a dollar sign. I will 100% be using them for anything I need in the future, and I'll trust their recommendations if they tell me one of my appliances needs a repair. The whole motor had to be yanked out and replaced. Now it runs better than ever!!!! 10/10 would recommend. They also do a discount if you pay cash.
