They take their time with each customer, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel rushed. What impressed us most was their honesty and integrity. After our first visit, we accidentally left some coins behind, and they actually called us while we were driving home to let us know. That alone says a lot about the kind of people you're dealing with. On our most recent visit, Maroon spent a great deal of time with us and even stayed several hours after the shop had closed. He made sure everything was looked at carefully and that we understood what we had and the value of it. I've seen comments from people saying Maroon can be rude, but that was absolutely not our experience. He was friendly, straightforward, patient, and extremely generous with his time. We worked with the other two associates as well, and they were just as welcoming and knowledgeable. The shop is also easy to find, right off Lorain Road in North Olmsted. I found the "Eyeglass Doctor" online and the reviews convinced me to stop in. They assured me they could fix them and quoted me $82 w/tax. It was a bit more that I expected but still less than 10% of what new glasses cost. The only bummer was the wait. I was told three weeks at dropoff because of a backlog of repairs, but my claim check said five weeks. Since I had a backup pair to wear I decided to wait, plus I figured they must be doing good work if they're so busy.
