That's literally the only thing they did and the bill was $1600 oh they also replace my battery $1600 to refill a transfer case and change battery and my car still runs like shit Highway robbery read more

Can't thank this shop enough. Our family was on a road trip to Yellowstone. Our vehicle, towing a travel trailer overheated, in the middle of nowhere. D&D towed our whole setup back to their shop. It ended up just being the radiator cap, and they had one left in stock. They picked us up quickly, made time to inspect and fix our vehicle, and get us on our way. If you find yourself broken down in or around Yellowstone, and can get your vehicle here - I would recommend it. They open earlier than the 2 places in Yellowstone and don't have any attitude. They also have a website and a working answering machine. Perhaps my bar is a little low, but this place made it so we could still enjoy our vacation and we are so grateful. Beyond that, though, they fixed our car quickly, had great customer service, and were very responsive to our needs. Thank you!! read more

I was in Ennis for a couple of weeks with my family for a fishing vacation. While there I experienced engine problems with my 2012 Tacoma. The prospect of of being far from home and without a working car made for a potentially very bad situation. D&D diagnosed the issue right away, ordered the needed parts (same day from Bozeman) and was able to squeeze me in for the needed repair that afternoon. My truck was fully operational that same day, crisis averted. After the fact, realizing that D&D had me by the b@lls, I was curious to see if they overcharged me for the parts/repairs. A quick internet search revealed that their price was certainly in line with what's commonly charged for this type of work. I'm very late for my review and I apologize for that. October of 2021 my Excursion broke down on the way to the trail head to elk hunt. They were able to tow us in and replace the alternator the same day. Unfortunately the new alternator was faulty. Another part would be days to get shipped which would limit our hunt time. They sent one of their guys (already short staffed) to Bozeman to get the new part. This got us back in the mountains to hunt with little down time considering the circumstances. Giving these guys a 5 star review is the least I could do. Got into town and blew a spark plug about 10 miles from town. Dennis was booked solid for two weeks (a testament to how good they are), but they had me towed the same day, and fixed the next day. Guys in the shop were absolute pros, Dennis was great, and the whole place had the small town friendliness you would expect. The pricing was very fair too. Brought a 22' tilt trailer with a flat tire to D&D Tire before it opened. Young guy was there early, and took off tire, repaired it and had me on the road before it opened at 8. I've taken my pick-up, Subaru, tractor, Polaris RAZR, enclosed snowmobile trailer, and open aluminum trailer to D&D Auto as well as D&D Tire. Never once was I not satisfied with repair and how quickly they Got my vehicle/ equipment back to me. The only vehicle I haven't brought to them is my snowmobile! These guys will bend over backwards to help their customers, and I really appreciate that! I have had my truck in their shop for new tires (which were cheaper than the same ones sold in Bozeman), a front-end grill, a few other things. I do not hesitate to take my vehicle to them. I have an unusual truck and they will spend their time and energy trying to find me the best parts at the best price. Don't worry about this being some kind of small-town rip-off joint. It is not!
