If it burns at all, that is the nature of the beast. You are putting very harsh chemicals on your hair and it is going to hurt on your scalp. Just imagine how your hair would be screaming over what you are doing to it. Renee Samples cuts my hair and she is a wizard! The last haircut she gave me I thought I didn't like until I really looked in the mirror. Believe it or not, it took 20 years off my face. When I walked in the other day, I was greeted by an employee with bright pink hair who offered me a shopping bag. I politely declined and started walking into the store to browse. Instead of letting me shop, she continued talking to me while following me around the store. I tried several times to politely disengage by continuing to browse, but she kept following me and speaking very loudly. The interaction quickly went from friendly to overwhelming. I understand greeting customers and offering assistance, but this employee seemed unable to recognize that I wanted to shop on my own. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I couldn't simply browse in peace. By the end of it, I just wanted to leave and come back another day. I've never experienced anything like this at this location before, which is disappointing because I genuinely enjoy shopping here. I hope this employee receives some coaching on reading customers' body language and recognizing when someone is politely trying to end a conversation. Great customer service isn't just about being outgoing... it's also about knowing when to step back and give customers the space to enjoy their shopping experience.
