The staff are very helpful and you feel they are genuinely trying to help you select the best option, rather than trying to sell you the most expensive pair of glasses. The advice I received when shopping for my latest pair of glasses was excellent and I am really happy with my purchase. The only complaint I could make is a minor one and that is that when going for an eye test, you may end up waiting a fair while from when your appointment was supposed to take place.

The examination we received was very thorough and both the optician and assistant were friendly and helpful and spent time talking to me about my sons eyes and making sure that I understood his condition. They have a good selection of specs with makes such as Kangol, Oliver Goldsmith, Ferucci to name a few. We normally go to bigger opticians such as Specsavers but after the excellent service we received at Sarah Martin we will all be changing and going here instead.

They ordered them back in and gave me a discount on the original price for me since I was basically buying them twice. I also ordered a pair of lenses for my old Ray Bans, they're so helpful and quick to respond to emails. Very chatty, know about your face shape and what suits, but don't do the hard sell. If you're looking for cheap then go to your average high street store but if you've saved a few bob it's a good investment.
