All of the staff are very well trained and extremely helpful and will not only take a great deal of time to advise you on frame selection but will always fit you in if you have any problems or need to see the optician urgently. It's just a very caring and friendly place where they will get to know you as a person and cater to your individual needs, and offer a much pleasanter experience than the larger, more expensive and not always particularly accurate branded optician stores.

I visited last year for my first full-length eye-test, and the Optician, a very gentle and entertaining chap, really did a fantastic job. He went into great detail to explain various conditions to me, not just the symptoms but the scientific causes, and seemed to enjoy sharing information.
