After waiting half an hour, I finally called him at 8:00 AM to ask if he was still coming. His response? "Sorry, I forgot." No sense of urgency, no professionalism, and no respect for my time. He didn't even offer to reschedule until I mentioned it, then said he was too busy and would refer me elsewhere. This review isn't about their painting skills -- it's about how they treat potential customers. If this is how they handle a simple appointment, I can only imagine how they'd handle an actual job. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. UPDATE! After posting my one-star review about a missed appointment, Jordan, the owner, called me and accused me of being malicious for sharing my experience. I explained that my review was accurate -- he didn't show up, admitted he forgot, and later changed his reason from being too busy for my job to having a family emergency. Rather than taking the feedback professionally, he asked me to change my review. I declined and encouraged him to improve communication and reliability. I stand by my review, which reflects my genuine experience with this company.

At first I went home and tried to clean them myself, but I just couldn't get the gunk off. Additionally, my cabinets had water damage near the sink. It's been a week now, and they still look great! In case you're curious: 1. I live in Sacramento. Apparently they do work all over. 2. They do not remove the cabinet doors from the cabinet - they do the work with the doors still attached. 3. They do remove all cabinet handles for you, and they completely protect the nearby surface area and the floors. 4. They spray the varnish on, which is the preferred method according to the DIY articles. I hope that helps.
