I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. Didn't respond to messages, texts, or calls and their voicemail was full. Which, of course, means that we now have to scramble to find a service at the last minute -- right before a holiday weekend -- before a new family was scheduled to move in. The snowball effect on everyone is quite impactful and costly. We just wish they could have had the courtesy to answer the phone or say they weren't coming, so we would've had an opportunity to find a replacement. But now, three sets of people are inconvenienced without as much as a text or "Sorry."
