Like I said in my review of your company and product, this is not wear and tear when it happens within a year of buying... you did not even ask me about how firm I wanted my cushion as I found out later all good furniture stores ask... your furniture is cheap and your customer service stinks!!!! I would not give you anymore of my hard earned money!!!!! On top of it you don't even have the guts to respond on yelp... where the review was!!!! And the response does not come from anybody who knows anything about sofas but their social media specialists!!!! While we are sorry this piece hasn't lived up to your expectations the issues you are experience are a result of regular wear-and-tear. To refresh the look of your sectional, we recommend vigorously fluffing your seat and back cushions and continuing to rotate and fluff them regularly to ensure even wear and feel over the sectional. If you are still unsatisfied with the look and feel of your sectional, you are able to purchase replacement seat foam and back cushions and we are happy to offer you a 50% discount on the replacement cost. The total cost to replace the seat foam for you would be $236.50, plus taxes (this is after the 50% discount) and the total cost to replace the back cushions would be $115.00, plus taxes (again this is after the 50% discount). If you are interested in ordering replacement foam, please let us know which Urban Barn location is most convenient for you to place the order at and we will share the details of the pricing with them. Otherwise please feel free to explore the Care and Maintenance section of our website for some recommendations on keeping your sectional looking great. We purchased them and opened the box and there were 2 sets of glass soup bowls, instead of smaller plates and shown on the box. So we went back to the store, and staff opened up the second box, and took out 6 glass dessert plates from the second box and gave them to us. The staff didn't seem to mind that they were messing up the first box, for future sales. They wanted us to be happy with an entire set that we were going to purchase! The dishes were also on sale and i had a coupon. 5 thumbs up to customer satisfaction! Very accommodating to us. Thanks staff.

My first experience was with Karen at Customer Service who not only checked into my curbside pickup…read moreorder but actually called me to alert me that I'd be getting a pickup email, which arrived a moment later. I was impressed by the added step she took to ensure I had the answer I had previously called about. Then there was the incredibly friendly Joseph who brought my snowblower out. He was just pleasant and happy. It was refreshing! But then... upon arriving home about 45 minutes away I found the snowblower to be DOA. As snow was forecast and this model was now out of stock in all but a couple of far away locations I felt like my trip was a waste of time and effort. I chatted with online customer service who instructed me to call the store and speak to a manager. Enter John. The lengths he went to make this unfortunate situation right was truly exceptional! He legitimately cared and was sincerely interested in finding a solution. The plan was to have another unit shipped from one of those other stores and arrange to get it to me as soon as he could. Initially that would look like at least a few days. Turned out, the NEXT day Jamie, the store manager, delivered it to me on his way home. I'd have been more than perfectly satisfied with the excellent customer service had there NOT been a problem. But in the presence of a problem was where the leadership at this location really proved themselves! They more than made it right by owning the issue, finding a solution, and implementing it to perfection all the while being legitimately concerned about turning my potentially negative experience into a positive one. You don't see THAT level of fantastic customer service often, and that warrants my highest praise! Thank you Karen, Joseph, John, and Jamie!
