After two hours of trying everything it was apparent that only a Porsche dealer could "code" the radio. Jerry is an amazing man who loves a challenge, and hated conceding. Jay and his son, Jay, guided me through the whole process, which I greatly appreciated! It was clear from the beginning that he has been doing this for awhile (39 years) and knew what he was talking about. I was told Brookfield did a great job with paint so I was surprised to see a blob of paint left behind. Frank came out to look and said, "Oh, that's the manufacturer's mark." This was, of course, a lie. So, I had the tech come out and look and the first thing he said was, "Oh, that shouldn't be there." He gave me two options: take the car as is, or come back (it needed to be completely re-done to fix this problem). Ultimately, I decided to take the car, but I asked him, "what happens if paint starts to flake off" and he said there was a "lifetime guarantee of their work, for as long as I owned the car." I asked whether this was in writing anywhere, and he said, "it's a verbal agreement." Hmmmmmm..... By the way, when I went to pick up the car it was filthy -- it had rained and there was mud caked in the wheel wells. And there's something weird they do with billing: they don't charge you X dollars for paint, they charge you X dollars per hour of paint. Um, wut? On the whole, I would not say this was a good experience. I didn't appreciate Frank's attempt to con me.

The process was very easy with great customer service, and very regular status updates, thanks to Ryan in the office. When I went to pick up my car after getting my bumper repainted, it looked better then when I first purchased my vehicle, at a nice price for the quality of work. I referred my father there after getting my car done, as he just purchased a new car. My father is a CRAZY car guy, and was beyond impressed with the job at Miris auto body. Later I referred my mother and sister for scratches and some small dents, and again, the cars looked better than when they were purchased.
