The guy who delivered the wood wasn't the fastest unfortunately, but the guys who installed it were great. They worked hard and consistently, not slacking off or messing around with their time. They were economical with their cuts, so there was still quite a bit of wood left over which I kept in case of damage in the future. Adolfo and his son installed bathroom tile in three bathrooms for our new construction home. The…read morefloor tile in one of the shower areas began popping off within eight months of TNT Flooring completing the job. In addition, Adolfo was immediately notified that the master shower floor was improperly sloped away from the drain, causing a large puddle of standing water. Adolfo refused to correct this error unless I paid additional money for alleged "extras" he claimed were required to prepare the showers for tiling. He asserted that this work was outside the scope of our contract and, therefore required additional payment. However, other contractors who reviewed the project observed the same conditions and included all necessary preparation work in their original bids. I am unsure why Adolfo failed to do so, but I did not agree to pay for additional work--especially when the original work was not performed correctly.
