At 3:34pm Eddie stated he'll check with office. At 7:06 pm he stated the office had nothing signed by me and for me to check my email. Aug 27 at 7:50 am I sent a screen shot showing that I have not received any Docusign correspondence June and asked who the email address was from so I could reverse search for the email. Aug 29th at 9:46 am, I asked Eddie again to please send the contract. Sept 4th at 5:52 pm, I asked for a timeline again for the contract, materials, work scheduled and eta for completion. I haven't had a response from Eddie since Aug 27th. On Sept 5th at 2:16 pm, I asked to just have my $2600 returned. Sept 12th, 1:31 pm, Sept 14th, 1:20 pm, I texted again, "Hi Eddie, can you please send me your email please. Following up. I'd like for the return of the $2600 since there was never a contract, work started and no follow up, no contact and service rendered. I'm moving in a different direction. Mike Robare, the owner had been a customer of ours when we had our business. Our interactions with Mike had always been good and friendly. When we met with Mike at his office we left feeling we wanted to work with him on the total project of tear down to rebuild. Mike was personable, knowledgeable and communicative. We met with Mike and his recommended architects and put non-refundable deposits down with both. We had plenty of time as we were not going to start until 1st quarter 2026. Within a couple of months we found out we had a family issue that was going to require us to move out of town. This meant we had to cancel our work with Mike. When we called his office we left a message with his secretary letting him know we were disappointed. Since then we have not heard back from Mike, even after several follow-up call/texts on our part. The architects were kind enough to refund a portion of our deposit due to the circumstances. As of this review, we have not heard from Mike.

They have never returned them. We will now have to order new fronts without having the templates of the old ones. After the initial pickup, communication became increasingly difficult, and eventually all communication stopped despite our repeated attempts to reach them by through YELP and by text. Delays can happen, and most customers are understanding when a business communicates honestly. What is unacceptable is being left without our property and without any explanation or updates. At this point, because our cabinet door and drawer fronts have not been returned and we have been unable to get any meaningful response from the company, we plan to pursue appropriate actions. Our experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We trusted this company with our property, and that trust was not honored.
