They welcomed me with a listening ear and we began to work together. They provided a series of sessions with physical therapists that I found knowledgeable and helpful. My sessions were twice a week, one with stretching exercises and massage, the other in the pool. They also provided me with instruction and charts on exercises I could do on my own. I am not completely pain free but I have gained a great deal of mobility and that is fantastic. I would definitely encourage people to check out Head to Toe.

And I've thrown away a lot of money on…read moredifferent massage therapies - some bad, some that feel good while it's happening but have no noticeable impact on my pain even later the same day. I've really tried it all. Let me tell you -- Stress Waived is unlike any other massage therapy I've ever had before. First, let me say that if you're looking for a traditional, relaxing massage -- you probably want to try a different practitioner. However, if you are trying to resolve recurring or chronic pain that you've been living with for too long, please do yourself a favor and go see Deb! Appointments with Stress Waived are more like a physical therapy session than like a relaxing massage session. Deb will take a thorough history. She will share her knowledge of anatomy. She will ask for your input in the healing process. And hopefully your experience will be similar to mine - after 1 session, I had a serious reduction in pain that lasted far longer than I've felt with any other massage work I've had. After 2 sessions, I was in less pain than I have been in for the past 5 years, including reduced migraine activity. After my third session, I'm starting to integrate the info Deb has shared with me into my daily routines. My pain is seriously reduced in a way that makes me hopeful I won't always have chronic pain. If you had told me a few weeks ago that I might have a life without chronic pain, I flat out wouldn't have believed you. Many thanks to Deb for knowing her stuff and helping me feel better after a long, long time being in pain.

I chose this place because they had availability and had great reviews online. The two main reasons I did not like the experience is because we received the wrong massages. Instead of stone massages we received standard massages. Our masseuse was very apologetic when she realized the error while checking us out. I appreciate her confirming that because I otherwise would have thought that's just what stone massages are like. The second reason is because it was hard to relax. There are two massage rooms and the waiting room. We unfortunately could hear everything in the next room because the other masseuse talked very loudly to her patients. All this being said, the massage itself worked. I had some crazy tension in my neck/shoulders area and Brogan worked them right out! She was a professional with the massage and owning the mix-up with massage types. I really loved working with her and would still come back if she had an opening.
