Said that my case was too complex, my depression too severe, and that if she handled my case it would take too much time away from her children. I was in dire need of her help and she turned me away. She has significantly increased my depression and my chances of self-harm. I will do everything in my power to see that she loses her license. As a postscript to this review: She read my review and apparently was not pleased. So, out of alleged concern for my welfare, she chose to call the Albany County Sheriffs office. I had four police cars in my driveway and three deputies surrounding me, in a very intimidating manner, asking me questions. She did not call me with her concerns. She did not call the Mobile Crisis Center. She called the SHERIFF. Now everyone in my neighborhood knows that I have mental health issues. Keep in mind that have never met this woman. She is not my doctor. I merely scheduled an appointment and filled out her forms. I can certainly say this woman has changed my life ... and made it much worse.

I returned for five additional infusions but the magic happened the morning after my third session. Good morning after I woke and for the first time in over a decade I felt like my old self. I have energy, focus and a joy for life again. It was a transformative experience. The fog of my depression was lifted and I felt awesome. It has been six months since I started with Albany Ketamine Infusions and I actually feel better than I did the morning I woke. After my six sessions I have returned for two more infusions. If you are suffering from untreatable depression, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder or anxiety, don't hesitate, pick up the phone and call them.
