While the home-buying process itself was smooth, our move-out experience was the complete opposite. As a family with young children, we were repeatedly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable over normal wear and tear......things like minor drywall nicks that are expected in any home with kids. These were already being addressed on our end with a contractor, as we had communicated. Despite agreeing to cover repairs and forfeit a $3,000 deposit, we were met with unnecessary comments and a level of aggression that felt unprofessional and unwarranted. It was especially disappointing given that we chose to work with her over many other options, expecting a level of trust and respect in return. We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. Based on this experience, we would not recommend doing business with Jin.

She said she would let me know . She didn't. Then she cancels the appointment again so she can go help someone else I guess a juicier deal just arrived at her and she shoved me aside like dirt to take her other appointment after cancelling prior and me re arranging to meet her time. When we were considering a new home, I took a risk and reached out to Danny. I am glad my husband and I made the choice to go with him for both selling our townhouse and buying a single family home. Danny was respectful of our timeline. It's a big decision to move and we had many unpredictable life events along the way. Danny was never pushy and made himself available for whenever we were ready. When we finally decided to sell April 2022, Danny made everything easy by giving us a clear list of what should be done while factoring in our budget and household. Kenneth was INCREDIBLY patient. We went to look at so many properties together, almost every week for 2 months, and we really took our time--and Kenneth never rushed us and was super encouraging. My boyfriend went for 2 properties before he finally got one (third time's a charm right?). This covid market is incredibly hard on buyers during this time, with the best looking properties receiving 10+ offers. Kenneth was very spot on in estimating how much a place would go for, and what it would take to try and beat the other offers--the only reason my boyfriend lost to one, for example, was because my boyfriend just wasn't willing to go any higher, but we found out Kenneth was right (of course) on what it would've taken to win. Kenneth is incredibly responsive and so easy to talk to. We are extreme night owls, and my boyfriend hates checking his email. Kenneth is so easy to reach (we communicated via messenger), and so responsive. And even late at night at 2 AM, my boyfriend felt awful messaging him, but Kenneth was truly okay with it and was still awake, and still responded. I always ask a lot of questions, but my boyfriend asks a LOT of questions (sorry bf haha), but Kenneth has always been able to answer all the questions, or looked into it if he didn't know the answer. One VERY valuable knowledge Kenneth possesses (aside from his spot on realtor instincts) is he's familiar with renovations and can give you a rough estimate of how much a renovation for, say, a bathroom, would be. His family apparently works in that field, so it was pretty neat and informative to ask him to estimate how much a kitchen renovation would cost (while looking at the sad sad kitchen), so we can take that cost into consideration. This was also valuable where Kenneth could advise what to renovate to ensure value add, if we were interested in the property. Last, Kenneth is just so generous and nice. One time after seeing 4 houses, I asked him later that night how the rest of his day went, and he said that he was so tired, he fell asleep at a home depot parking lot (which I found hilarious). But, I found out later that he was at the home depot to buy materials to help his client (seller) polish her "as is" property, and without her knowing :). This is the WORST management company! I would give zero stars if I could. They are incompetent. I…read moresent mandatory HVAC inspections last year and it took 2 months and an Issue they created on the portal for them to read the email. Now they have changed the rules and demand owners upload last years inspections or they have threatened to get a locksmith and open my unit and have the HVAC inspected all at owners cost. With the monthly fee over $771/month that is their job and I should not have to waste an hour of my time to fill out forms and upload last years inspections but I did and now they have posted a letter they are going to break in next week if someone is not home. I received no confirmation from my submissions and no response to my emails. I have called and they say they do not see the information in their portal. I sent them the old emails and a screenshot of the submissions in the portal. This is harassment! I was hoping the board would change management companies again as it seems they do every year or so but I cannot wait and going to sell this condo hopefully this spring.

She met with us to see our goals for our future home. She talked with us realistically about what our price range was and the next steps. She put us in contact with Frank, our loan officer, who was another absolutely amazing person and support system throughout our homebuying process. The two of them are an amazing team! After we got preapproved, or maybe, even before we got preapproved, she started showing us some different houses. She made sure that we were connected with the latest updates and houses through their system. If there was a house that we liked, she made sure that we saw the house, we talked about the house, and most importantly, that we did a drive-by of the house. I think this mindset of doing a drive-by was probably the best thing because we realize that if we didn't want to drive by and we only wanted to meet her there that it probably wasn't a good choice for us to go home to every day. After we saw a few houses, we started talking about things that we liked and disliked as she continue searching for houses for us. When we finally needed inspectors, she worked to find some on such short notice. (We decided at 9pm and she found someone that night who was able to do it in the morning) She was communicative, she was honest, and she worked so hard to help us with this process. Phone calls were not returned She and the landlord , demanded I pay five months rent in advance as well as first month's rent and an additional deposit. My credit score was 824 and I had submitted all bank statements needed to qualify. It is my understanding that is a big red flag. . I needed to move quickly and they took advantage of my situation They also put the advance payments at the end of the lease ! Upon moving , they both insisted they show the residence while I was gone When I returned , lights were left on inside and out and personal items had been moved ! I brought this to their attention and was completely ignored This was a rental agreement and not a purchase but the lack of professionalism was astounding.
