It's 16 oz and you get two sides with it. Onto the bath house details -- they're super friendly and will give you a tour if it's your first time. High-level: there are men & women's locker rooms, but all the fun stuff is downstairs: dry sauna, wet sauna, cold plunge. When we went, the dry sauna was closed/broken SO it was such an experience to be in a packed wet sauna. It looked like like there was platza happening - like the whole getting smacked by leafy branches while laying down in the wet sauna. Ha. It smelled like eucalyptus to me though! It was actually pretty nice. The wet sauna is three tiers of seating and since heat rises, if you want to feel like a steamed dumpling -- sit at the top! Then, from the sauna - you jump into the cold plunge and then rinse and repeat. The cold plunge was only about 65 degrees - I wanted it to be colder! The Schvitz is very old school - wooden paneling, black & white tile. So, it's by no means a Canyon Ranch, but it is an experience and so unique! "Weird and wonderful" as a friend put it. All the folks working from the front desk to the kitchen were so so friendly - I'll definitely be back!
