Huge gym. Lots of classes. Helps everyone improve and co exist from all skill levels from the newest person to the experienced pro.

Wish I had the time to share my experience earlier but I was to busy, because this gym turned my life around. I grew up around Muay Thai all my youth- teen- age in a sport academy training for Olympics. I witness many champions growing up. Who trained hard till the end, despite of all injuries, that will be with YOU till the rest of your life. When my son turned 5 , we decided to put him in Muay Thai class, I've searched the town for the best gym, because I want my son to BE and TRAIN with/ like a champion, to learn discipline, respect, focus, defend, and in the same time to be fun. No success Unsatisfied. We just picked what is closer to home. Me thinking I don't wanna drive to far in 3-6pm horrible traffic. The pandemic hit, shutdown! And when finally everything it's opening back our gym was still closed. Then I found Cyclone Muay Thai in Glendale 45 min away, driving in the worst traffic ever!!!! I asked: -Are You Open? Cyclone: -Absolutely! I asked: -Info,Schedule? Cyclone: -Unlimited! -on may way All the other gyms offer 3 days /week practice witch is limiting my chances to make it at all 3. I was very happy to hear that at Cyclone we can practice 5 days a week. The gym it's very clean organized, very spacious well ventilated, very very friendly very welcoming , like home. And I'm honored to be part of the Cyclone Family. At the moment you walk in , it's very obvious the trainers are well gifted with determination! No Competition here. Me watching the first kids class in training my jaw dropped.... The progress (6mo) that I watch in my 8 yo Son it's unbelievable, he got promoted in Muay Thai(white/purple arm band) Jiu Jitsu (first stripe) He was so happy that he couldn't fall a sleep! He said that was the best surprises ever! And he adores his coach Taylor, best human ever. His schooling improved from bad to excellent! He is on top of the class as an exemplar! The progress I MADE it's unbelievable, after a traumatic surgery on my pectoral muscle, I couldn't move my arm, now I do a 100 onetwo's, 50 push-ups And 100 kicks!!!!!! AMAZING!!!! Training at Cyclone woke up in me a worrier that was defeated, kneeling in fear to desperation, destitute in spirit and poor in resistance! Now I stand Stronger then ever because We train hard, we get promoted , encouraged, motivated , evaluated, disciplined , improving the weakness, strengthening the fighter spirit and physically building resistance! Great gym, coaches are patient and there to help people of all skill levels. I've been to gyms where the only focus is their competitive team and everyone else is just so they can pay the bills, that's not these guys. I've learned a lot and already see improvement in my techniques. Coach Tyler keeps the classes challenging, engaging and non-repetitive. read more

If i could give the more then more I would why because. This is the best gym to go to the best thing about this is when you have fun and learn jujitsu and Muay Thai I recommend you coming to this gym because.the do a lot of cardio to Prepare in fights they will never quit because they live by that and that's one. When I first joined, I was a bit hesitant because I wasn't sure what to expect. My husband and I were trying to find a place for both my boys to learn self defense as well as teach them to learn respect of the the craft. I am so glad and grateful we have found a place that not only greeted us with open arms, but literally like a family. The gym is run by brothers, one is Coach Fabiano "Cyclone" that is a professional fighter that teaches the Muay Thai side (if you ever get a chance to see his records, I suggest you look him up - did I mention that he is one of the most humble and nicest person EVER) and Professor Ismael Aoki, that teaches the Jiu Jitsu side (like his brother, he is black belt in Jiu Jitsu, with a heart of gold that is eager to teach the craft and patient enough to help). Both brothers are from Brazil and literally the nicest and respectful coaches to learn from. The gym is very family oriented which both my husband and I are also students that have given us the ability to work out together as a family. Another great addition is the strength and conditioning coach - Ryan Gage, his methods to help guide upcoming fighters and people like me the ability to train properly. My boyfriend and I never had done any martial arts before. Over a month ago we finally decided to give it a try at this gym and we only regret not doing it sooner. We absolutely love the adult beginner Muay Thai class and our coach Fabiano Cyclone. He makes the class always fun and challanging. You would never know you are training with a world champion by how friendly, kind and humble he is to each and every student. Our group is typically about 10 or less students which I think is intimate and perfect for learning. We used to dread working out at the gym. This class has now become the highlight of our week. My hour drive to make the 6 pm class after work is absolutely worth it! We greatly recommend this place to anyone! read more

Hands down, the best Muay Thai kickboxing and jiu-jitsu training for children. The prices are very low in comparison to other martial arts schools. Fabiano Cyclone is one of the most unique teachers I have come across. He is extremely patient with kids and he has never raised his voice or showed dissapointment in them, rather he builds their self esteeem on a daily basis and gives them encouragement. I have been going there for 4 months and my kids have not missed one day!! They look forward to going to class all the time. It's nice knowing they are learning discipline, focus, motor skills, and staying healthy-excercising. Fabiano Cyclone is a 2x world heavy champion and one of the best fighters in the world. I am 40 years old and lost 60 pounds over the last year by hiking, walking and eating better. I hit a wall and could not lose any more weight. I'm still about 40 pounds overweight. I was on Yelp reading reviews for local gyms like Planet Fitness and LA Fitness and all had bad reviews. I noted the 5 star reviews for this place so I went there to check it out. After meeting Fabiano I was so impressed that I signed up on the spot. I was very intimidated and had anxiety about trying this. My first Jiu Jitsu class was taught by his brother Ishmael. He immediately put me at ease with his warm and welcoming personality. He is patient and encouraging. A perfect professor of his art form. I could not ask for a better mentor. I also take a strength and conditioning class led by Joel. He put together a perfect workout for me and his amazing personality makes the workout more fun. You feel like you're hanging out with a friend and working out. There are no egos here, no meatheads. It's an environment of respect and encouragement. I'm the newest (and worst) student here, but everyone treats me as an equal. They all remember being a beginner themselves. Today I met Tanquinho for the first time who is another professor of Jiu Jitsu and was equally impressed with his patience, friendliness and instruction. If you're thinking about doing this, DO IT.
