He routinely arrives 45-60 minutes after the posted opening hour. He argues with customers and does not seem to know any civilities (such as 'hi' or 'thank you'). They tuned my bike and fixed the chain that kept falling off-- or so I thought. Then I took it to another bike shop (CGR on Parc) because the chain was still falling off. (The derailer needed adjustment.) I won't go back to Fixed, because my bike wasn't. And that rude guy? Find him the job he deserves, maybe as an angry bouncer. P.S. Forgot to mention they charged me $86 for a tune-up, then failed to fix the one problem I pointed out to them-- a loose chain.

Last year I had a very bad bike-luck and fixed about 4-5 flat tires, so I can say I am a bad-luck flat-tire expert by now. The service I got was the best one I ever got, the guy looked at my bike, told me what he think is the problem and exactly how it will cost. I felt like I was bringing a car and getting a price evaluation. Also unlike other places that first told me "leave the bike and come back later" this time they said right away, sit down and we will fix it right away (maybe since its just the beginning of the bike season and they have time). Anyway great fast service, a little pricey usually its around 14-15$ since the tube lone is 6$ they charged me almost 18$ after adding tax) but overall great expirience...altough next time I really should fix it myself :)
