This isn't the first time this place forgot something,I had 2 other occasions one was with a Kawasaki w800 where I couldn't get a license plate over a a year waiting because they put my vin on the wrong motorcycle and DMV wouldn't give me a license so I ended up trading the w800 for a Harley and they are really hard pressed not to give a good deal even after I've been buying motorcycles there for 35 years,anyway when I took the w800 for a recall they forgot a cosmetic part but I noticed it and told the service clerk and he denied that they worked on that area but I seen him through a window [they moved to a different area now so no window at this time) but when the mechanic came to talk he started laughing and said I'll get the part . A long time ago I brought a Honda shadow to get serviced and I took a ride to the hills and my gas tank started acting like it was getting sucked in so I pulled over and I managed to get the tank off and noticed they put a piece of plastic to connect a hose and it wasn't getting enough air ,after I disconnected it ran fine. I did get a good deal on the triumph but the service mechanics need to pay attention please. I bought from Clawson throughout the years 1.honda Rebel 2. The tracking number it still shows it's stuck in cali. I emailed them about the situation, no response. When I contacted them they didn't received my phone call after trying for 2 to 3 consecutive days , finally when they pickup they don't know what happened to my shipment they literally got no clue where it is. Such an unprofessional way to handle customers, it felt like I'm the one who's at fault, seriously !!!. No explanation of the situation, no responsibility and in the middle of that I lost $52 out of nothing. This company put on the website the products are non refundable, then what about the products you people didn't delivered to the customers which they paid for ? If it's still a no I'm doing a fraud claim.
