I took my bike in here to be serviced. Setting aside the "I don't really want to help you" attitude, what really bothered me was the work they did, or should I say, didn't do. I called to make an appointment here and asked specifically about what was included in their tune-up. I was told that they had a very professional service and they gave me all of the details: drivetrain cleaning, wheel true, brake adjust, gear adjustment, tire pressure, bike inspection. When I got my bike back there was no indication that they had done anything beyond inflating the tires. When I asked the guy who worked on my bike how the bike looked, he responded, "I don't know, it would say something on the receipt if there was anything wrong." I then asked the guy at the front desk what I paid $50 dollars for, and he said that they adjusted the brakes, filled the tires, checked the wheels, and measured the chain. This is not what they told me when I brought in my bike. Also, none of this could be verified since the dust on my spokes and gunk on the chain, drivetrain, and petals was still there. It didn't even look like they touched my bike. When I complained that they had not cleaned my drivetrain like they told me they would, he said that this would cost extra and is unnecessary and you don't need to clean the chain, just measure it to make sure it fits right. Really? Is this a professional service. You don't need to clean a chain? Something that basic? Please take your business elsewhere, don't bother going here. read more
