The folks in the back always treat me right--professional, friendly, and they don't make me feel like I need to bring a sleeping bag while I wait. Quick, prompt service every time. People ask me all the time why I don't just get my vehicles serviced locally, like at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet. I tell them the same thing: I like knowing when I show up, I actually have a spot and a plan. Being able to schedule an appointment beats rolling the dice with drive-up service and hoping for the best. And I'd be leaving out an important detail if I didn't mention the handheld donuts and coffee--they're a nice touch to help feed the fatty cells and wake up some sleepy eyes. Truth be told, I don't even wander too close to that area anymore... those donuts are just a little too tempting.
