Last minute, we were calling all the bike stores in town and Dennis was the only one who could help us in such a short amount of time. It was determined that a replacement wheel was not the most efficient solution at the time, so Dennis let my husband rent a bike. He was so helpful and understanding, my husband told him about all of the setbacks we've had so far during our trip to get here and he didn't charge us for the rental. He helped us out when we were out of all other options; so much time, money, and energy was invested by my husband to prepare for the race and Dennis made sure my husband was able to complete it. We brought one of my loved and heavily used coach purses here because one of the straps was coming off from the purse due to the thread finally coming apart. I love this purse and didn't watch to scrap it, so I was desperate to see if someone could fix it. Here getting my purse fixed and properly was super easy! Prices were reasonable and the timeline for turnaround was quick. The father and daughter duo had my purse fixed and back to me good as new in no time! I stumbled upon Ragus Leather Shop and Shoe Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Gustavo is a true craftsman. He is an incredibly nice man, honest, and his prices are very fair.
