I said no problem as it worked better for me to return Monday but Balal did not want bike left outside when they are closed which I agreed to When I returned the bike Tuesday at 9 Balalaika came up and said "everything is good I will email you your receipt and I have your credit card o. file. I supported this business for 20 years and purchased two bikes from them. Very unfortunate. I filled out a third party review next day which stated I would be contacted,... I was not. I am buying parts and equipment on Amazon now and paying less. I will need to find a new spot for servicing my bikes but confident I can find a shop that appreciates my business. I still believe Trek makes a great bike but cannot support a business that accuses me of stealing.
