I had a firewall issue with my printer that they were unable to solve and eventually I had to solve on my own. They seemed ignorant of firewall problems and told me to contact the printer's manufacturer. The techs never checked on the firewall and I had to fix this myself after paying for two "support tickets". Very disappointed, but now wiser.
