DynaWatch Securty company Downingtown, PA . We had service…read morewith DynaWatch at our old property since 2002 and transferred to our new property in 2017. We decided after all these years with DynaWatch we decided to go with another security company, as our contract was expiring. We contacted the local office and spoke with Dan Raspanti and told him we were not renewing. He confirmed the cancellation and a week later I received a bill for the quarterly monitoring for the next billing cycle. I called DynaWatch and they never received the cancellation from the local office (Dan Raspanti). I called Dan to inquire and he was upset and said the service has been cancelled and hung up. I called the billing office and I was told until the local office puts in the cancellation, there was nothing they could do on their end. Do not deal with DynaWatch or Dan Raspanti terrible Customer Service!!!

When I called Dan to ask why we were still getting billed, he said we signed a contract that said we had to pay through the end of the year. If he had told me in June when I canceled about the terms of the contract (signed 10 years earlier,) I could have put off signing with the new company until the terms ran out. Instead, he took us to court. After paying our bills on time for 18 years I expected better service. Dan is shyster, stay clear. There are many better and cheaper options available.

Heard back from Great Valley before 9 AM Monday with a professional quote that was reasonable, so I chose them. On the day requested, the locksmith (Gene) arrived within the window and did the job promptly, expertly and pleasantly. So I am quite satisfied. Oh, the three other local locksmiths? Two never replied. The third apologized when they reached out two weeks later, after the service date.

Rob did an incredible job with our AV project and I would highly recommend his work to any…read moreindividual or organization! Our original project was a botched Amazon Wall Mounting service that had originally taken 3-4 hours for the Amazon tech and the result was of terrible quality with wires sticking out of the wall and our soundbar hanging from the TV. As this was not up to par with our expectations, we set out to employee an outside AV company to come in and correct the work. I reached out to Rob in an urgent state since the previous AV company we were supposed to work with had cancelled on us with no apologies, and I was quickly put to work on finding a replacement. I sent out a quote request over Yelp with a detailed description of the project we were working on to various AV companies in the Philadelphia area, and Rob got back to me quickly and with a solid quote. He was able to schedule us in the following day to get the project done quickly. Rob came in and addressed our project in a professional and high quality manner. He was very knowledgeable about our project and even let us know that the way the Amazon tech had wired the TV was against building code and that if we had not had someone come in to fix it, we could have gotten a fine by the building inspectors. Rob was able to get the job done in less than an hour and a half and we are thrilled with the work he did!!! Between his professional and educated manner and expertise of his work, I would highly recommend him for any AV project.
