I ended up being 8 in line. I was then moved up to number 9 in line and stayed at there for quite some time. Once I showed as 2 in line, i headed to their location. I wasn't seen until about 10:20am. Once in a room, i sat in there for about 20-30 minutes before anyone came in to acknowledge me. I got my vitals taken, and was told the provider would be in shortly. The provider came in about 20 minutes later, did an exam and said they were going to run an EKG. A gentleman popped his head through the door and asked did i give a specimen a moment ago. That specimen was provided when i arrived to the facility and i was told to leave it on the counter( with no identifying information on it). That seemed quite odd, being that another patient could've left a specimen, and they could have easily gotten mixed up. Another tech came in to do the EKG, then proceeded to tell me she was hooking up an IV. I wasn't told i was getting an IV. I like to know all of the services in getting from the provider, not the Tech. The tech stated I would be getting fluids. Once she left out the room, no one came back to the room until 20-30 minutes later to ask if i had my fluids. Fluids free flowed for about 1.5 hours. My husband had to go into the hallway to tell the tech that my fluids were done and that my IV was back flowing blood into the line. The tech came in and unhooked me, but proceeded to say the IV has to stay in until the provider comes back to see me. The provider came and said labs were fine, she was writing prescriptions, and discharging me. Another 20-30 minutes passed and I just told my husband to go ahead and go to the car. Maybe them seeing him leave out the room would speed up them bringing me discharge papers. It definitely did the trick. I was on sight at this location from 9:30am-1:40pm. I will NEVER come back to this location.

The vet hadn't even assessed our dog before telling us there was nothing he could do. He literally walked in the room and started talking about how there was "nothing he could do." There was no empathy shown; he literally told us the dog was going to die and ran down his pricing for cremation services. -___- I was just taken aback at how he showed no remorse or anything for us and our dying puppy. Our 4 & 5 year old children were present, he didn't even take that into consideration either.

Waiting room was well lit and gave me vibes of chilling with a nice book and latte. Once I was called back Ruth was very friendly and introduced herself professional. She made me feel comfortable with what was happening and very knowledgeable. Great communication skills. Kept the conversation going and beautiful smile. Dressing room was clean and I also got an option of warm or reg smock gown . I opted for warm. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Ruth was very professional with the handling of the machines and definitely knew how to operate and handle the placement of breast.

It got me in the wrong freaking place! It took me nearly an hour from Arnold to get to this place. There are clear directions on the map that the doctor's office provides. Use those & not the dreaded GPS. The staff were very very nice. Typical of any healthcare facility to have an insane amount of paperwork to fill out. I jokingly said to them that I would gladly provide a thumb drive of my health info. for them to download. In any case, the physician's assistant (methinks) did the injections perfectly. I hate needles. I can't watch anyone give me injections. Gives me the heebie jeebies. Just a pinprick. Small needle. Simply awesome! The bad part of this experience was that the order did not contain the word "MRI." So, they had to call the knee doctor's office for a brand new order for insurance purposes. I had to wait & wait. Total time spent at this facility: about 2 hours. The headphones that they provide does not drown out the sound of the MRI machine at all! I would much rather prefer this sound than the sound of a barking dog. It is incredibly cold (a bit tooo cold for this zero fat skinny bitch) in the room. The blanket provided some comfort. All in all, awesome staff & facility. Parking is plentiful.
