When we got there she asked if I wanted my son to try it on and I'm so glad he did because the sizing for this line of Nike's were a different fit than the ones I normally buy him so we switched it out for a different pair. She was very kind and personable. She was so sweet with my little guy and had a great smile. It was a great experience. I'll go out of my way for this location in the future. My only complaint is online they had a pair of shoes marked cheaper than their in store price. I was told they'd price match for me... but I just find it sneaky they advertise a cheaper price online and have store shoppers who didn't look at the shoes online first pay a higher price... What made this experience even worse is that my toddler daughter was present, and Stephanie's behavior made her feel extremely uncomfortable and upset. Customer service should be about respect and support, not condescension and attitude--especially from a manager. It's unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire store.
