The Customer Service was welcoming and friendly from outside the door. Have you ever felt like you were surrounded by cheerleaders but not used car salesmen? The owner did an Instagram post that made me want to come in just because of her interaction with her viewers. Once I arrived, there were a plethora of dresses, jumpsuits, clothing and jewelry that I just could not pass up. I tried on two outfits and the first one, although I liked it, I wasn't sure about it but when I stepped outside, one of the girls that worked there helped zip me up, and that sealed the deal I had to have it. They had plenty of things on sale from 40% off and the $20 racks as well as new arrivals. All of the quality is nice and true to size and you can feel that these are not Amazon specials. I sent a picture of both of the outfits I tried on to my friends who immediately asked where I was at and I told them we had to come back, grab brunch and go shopping for sure.

Kohls used to be trendy with something for all ages and I felt like the womens department was for the librarians or 65 and older ladies. Clothing and home decor was terrible. We hope other locations like Waterford or hunters creek have a bit more because we didn't even get good customer service from the only cashier there. We asked her to look up a pair of pants to see what other locations have them in stock and she looked at us like a deer in headlights. I said " do you not have someone at the customer service counter that can assist or the scanners you used to have that we could do it from " and she didn't even know what I was asking !
