    First of all, you can be a little quicker with your prescription drive-through. It takes forever and there's always a line.

    Everyone is nice and always greets me when I walk in. I have never had a bad experience in the pharmacy, they are kind and helpful.

I asked for a refill of a prescription that I had been using for several years. I received an email saying that the doctor had to ok the refill. Several hours later I got an email that the prescription (remember, the one that I requested). I picked it up and when I got home I say that it was not the one I requested. Lucky for me I noticed and did not use it. I called Walgreen's to ask to swap it out for the correct prescription. They were rude, combative and refused to help. It was everybody's fault but theirs. Go figure. They claimed they merely fulfilled what the doctor sent over. What? Even if true, they did not notice that the prescription was different than I had been using for 2 years and, most importantly, different than what I requested? No, just put it in a bag and gave it to me. They did not tell me, they did not notifiy me, they did not question me. I thought pharmacist were medical professionals. Not here, for sure.

He is neither a woman or a doctor and allowing him to deny plan b, a valid contraception approved by the FDA and generally available without a prescription, is a slippery slope. What forms of contraceptions will he deny next in the name of misguided understandings to the science and facts of the human reproductive system? Kent is forcing his beliefs on a community with limited access to important and vital medication. Kent was rude to me when I initially called to verify the information I had learned and researched. He stated that he did not know when he would have more plan b and fumbled with his words when I requested for him to help me understand why I was hearing that he sent an entre shipment back. Kent then hung up on me and when I called back refused to give me any information on who I could contact regarding this issue of Kent wanting to force women into pregnancy.

    Very disappointing experience with this pharmacy…read more My prescription was written for a 90-day supply, which I have consistently filled in the past using GoodRx. However, this time only a 30-day supply was filled through insurance, and no option was offered for the remaining amount. When my husband picked it up, no alternatives were explained or offered. When I called to ask why the doctor's 90-day order was not followed, I was repeatedly placed on hold and no one introduced themselves when speaking with me. The pharmacist repeatedly explained the "default insurance process" multiple times, even after I asked why the prescription was not filled as written. This did not address my concern. My history clearly shows I always receive a 90-day supply and pay using GoodRx. The pharmacist, who again did not introduce herself, was extremely rude, seemed rushed, and was dismissive throughout the conversation. There was no attempt to offer solutions or correct the issue, such as reversing the claim or allowing payment for the remaining supply. I also felt powerless in the situation, as no options were offered and I was not given any clear way to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the prescription was not followed as written, which is disrupting my care. There is a reason I have consistently been maintained on a 90-day supply, and that continuity was not respected. Overall, there was poor communication, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue.
