I went to speedway in Wilberforce, Ohio on Saturday, October 13. There was a homecoming going on at…read morethe college, central state, which is a predominantly black University. I use this gas station often as my children are in school here. The doors were locked and there was a sign saying no public restrooms. There was a lady at the door allowing one person in at a time. When I asked her why this was happening, she said it was for their "safety". I asked her from who was she afraid for her safety. She stated "them, these people". I said "excuse me, what do you mean?" She said she had to protect herself from the people at homecoming. She also said that was the reason for "no public restroom sign" when I use the restroom all the time. HER NAME IS TIA. I am sickened by this blatant display of racism and discrimination. I will be taking further action.

Altogether this speedway is great. The cashiers always have a positive attitude. The gas tends to…read morebe a bit cheaper than going to another speedway around. My only problem is the ice machine is broken 7/10 times that I go into speedway. It'd be nicer to get a foundation drink that I go in for than to buy a bottle of pop or water. Other than the ice I like going into this speedway more than others. Mainly because I can go in and get served nicely and quickly.
