I have been using this pharmacy for several years and my issues have been limited to extensive wait times at the pharmacy counter and drive through. My final straw was requesting a refill from a 90 day prescription (I had two 30 day refills left) and received a message it could not be filled. I called to find out the issue and #1, I was on hold for nearly an hour #2, my perscription was closed out # 3, when I asked why, I was told very apathetically 'I dont know'. Really? They could request a new prescription for me but it may take a few days. This was not a way to take care of your customers...while my medication is not a life threatening absence, I can't put my trust in them...

They told me it would be no problem to fill and did it in less than 20 mins. The technician also told my son "hope you feel better soon bud!" I was so grateful for them and their rapid response. I cant fill this without speaking to someone and they don't seem to have the time to help. I am now calling to have it transferred to another pharmacy all together.
