Went to pharmacy after 5pm to be told it would be "on the truck tomorrow". Unacceptable. When my doctor sends in a prescription she has a reasonable expectation it will be filled same day. The pharmacy doesn't know better than the doctor when I need medication. That added to long lines, long wait times with phone calls and unexpected "temporary" closings leads me to believe the pharmacy is poorly managed. If it's a corporate issue, they need to get it figured out. Terrible service at this location. Go elsewhere.

Start with the pharmacy manager, she has no common courtesy or professionalism. She has implemented a policy to close at 7 sharp, even if people have been standing in line staring her in the face for half an hour. The company policy to text customers that prescriptions are being filled while the pharmacy is out of stock instead of calling to inform the customer is ridiculous. I can't tell you how many times I've called for a refill and none be ready on the given time.

I was initially pleased with our wheelchair rental experience for Barton's graduation in May…read more Although we were required to pay for a one-month rental, we only needed the wheelchair for two days and returned it promptly. Unfortunately, the issue has been with the billing. Despite returning the wheelchair, I have contacted the company multiple times to request that the recurring monthly charges be discontinued. Each time, I have either been placed on hold for an extended period or told that someone would call me back. To date, I have not received a return call, and the charges have continued. I ultimately had to block my credit card to prevent additional unauthorized charges. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly because the initial rental experience was positive. I hope the company will address this issue and improve its customer service and billing process so that customers can have recurring charges stopped promptly when a rental has been returned.
