That added to long lines, long wait times with phone calls and unexpected "temporary" closings leads me to believe the pharmacy is poorly managed. Unfortunately, the issue has been with the billing. Despite returning the wheelchair, I have contacted the company multiple times to request that the recurring monthly charges be discontinued. Each time, I have either been placed on hold for an extended period or told that someone would call me back. To date, I have not received a return call, and the charges have continued. I ultimately had to block my credit card to prevent additional unauthorized charges. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly because the initial rental experience was positive. I hope the company will address this issue and improve its customer service and billing process so that customers can have recurring charges stopped promptly when a rental has been returned.
