There is a little photo op area with a hand carved wooden bald eagle which is pretty cool and the owner was friendly enough to chat with us for a few minutes. Several notable highlights are: Barcelona used to be called Portland Harbor but was renamed in the 1800's; the store sells a variety of Stewart's soda, which was one of my favorites growing up in NY; you can purchase a hunting/fishing license here; the store sells bate-n-tackle; has UPS shipping available, and sits next to the Barcelona Lighthouse, which is one of the oldest oil-lite lighthouses still standing from the 1800's; however, transitioned to natural gas in 1831, making it the oldest natural gas lit light house in the U.S., and the world, pretty cool! There is not a lot of other stores in the area, so if you are passing through you might want to stop for gas and anything else you need while you have a chance. There was another small rest area just up the road at the Daniel Reed Memorial Pier with indoor restrooms but everything was locked up and a sign said closed for the season. All-in-all, it got the job done and I recommend them.

I ordered a half pepperoni half sausage and by the time I arrived to pick it up it was piping hot and ready to go. It was loaded with toppings, gooey with cheese, and a reasonable price for a large pizza. I can't believe I'm saying this, but if you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you check out this gas station for a bite to eat, at least the pizza!

HUGE PIZZA My…read moreniece's like the pizza here! I was at CHQ later at night & my friends at andriaccio's were on vacation. I got online & checked out Crosby s pizza and glad I did! I ended up calling bc I'm old & old fashioned. It was like $18 for the large pepperoni. Well, I had three pieces. It was great pizza, reminded me of the pizza at the mall back in the old days. Large slices, big pepperoni. Just a huge pie. Well-made they did a nice job. we ate the rest for lunch the next day and I took a slice or two home that I reheated in the air fryer. It was perfect. They have a points program, I put the phone number in somebody will get the points. I'm glad I went to Crosby's. They were nice people. It's a late night gas station. I think they have pizza until 8 PM. Something like that. 5 stars I'll get pizza there anytime thanks guys!

Okay so this is just another convenience store as far as I'm concerned, I drive by this place twice…read morea day 4 days a week and it's about 3 and 1/2 hours from my house so I never really stop here. My job as a medical courier has me out this way and a few nurses in Gowanda New York told me that Crosby's has really good breakfast pizza. So now I got to stop and find out. The building itself is really small in fact I never would have thought to even stop here as even though it says Pizza on the sign out front typically it didn't look like a large enough building to even have a kitchen but... I went inside and grabbed a couple of slices of breakfast pizza anyways. Holy crap it was good. First thing I noticed was there's about a half inch of egg on it which was considerably more than other places I have purchased breakfast pizza. I ate two slices and I'm pretty full. I also couldn't help but notice the crust when I picked up the first piece was firm enough that the pizza slice itself didn't droop down so all of the toppings fall off. I didn't really have to fold it in half to get it to stay out straight and even with that being said the crust itself was very soft. And I didn't really notice until I got down to the end pieces of crust where there's no longer any toppings, but there's a really good buttery flavor which I'm pretty certain is why the whole slice tasted incredible. The only thing that kind of bummed me out which isn't a bad thing but in my case it kind of did, these peaches are not frozen solid and just warmed up in an oven on site. The nice lady behind the counter said the dough is frozen but they put the rest of the toppings on it before they cook it. The reason this bummed me out is because if it had any frozen product in its entirety, The option would exist I could buy a couple of them right out of the freezer and being that it's currently averaging around 20° here in New York, I could get home with it still frozen and cook it when I arrive. But anyway, I definitely recommend stopping into any Crosby's location if you have one nearby and try a slice.
